Qualifications

At least high school graduate
With minimum 2 years experience in the related field

Task
Description:
Reports to Chef
Responsible for the output of products
Ensures high quality of product
Ensures Del Monte processes and procedures are adhered to
Ensures correct manpower to keep production going
Ensures correct power usage
Ensures everything is documented
Checks daily reports which state how much production per head
Ensures training programs are given to staff members so that they are aware of how to handle the food to guarantee quality
Ensures documentation checklists on each machine to ensure proper usage
Identifies specific points that may affect the quality of the product
Ensures reports are submitted to Accounts department

Description:
Reports to Assistant Production Manager
Responsible for a group of operators and carry out manpower utilization effectively of the production line.
To conduct inspection and test per control plan, work instruction and procedures.
Ensure Del Monte processes and procedures are adhered to
Verify rejects from line and daily reporting of production output
Submit daily reports which state how much production per head.
Assist Supervisors and Production Manager in the daily running of production operations.
Ensure documentation checklists on each machine to ensure proper usage.
Ensure operators achieve/perform to daily targets and output.
Liaise with technician for machine set up and machine down/problem.
Conduct on job training of operators and ensure they follow the work instruction and understand the defect criteria as at when required.
Ensure that the juice batch prepared meets all the quality parameters.
Ensures the timely start up and shut down of the line.
Maintains all quality parameters in the area, including hygiene, GMP and HSE.
Submits report on all the quality issues of the raw materials received.
